Sam’s close reading and enthusiasm make him a delightful and trustworthy editor. His feedback defers to the writer’s vision and aesthetic while posing the right questions that drive the work forward. - Tanya Ziliniskas

Each time Sam has approached my writing, he has done so with profound empathy. I always come out of the editing experience with Sam excited to revisit my writing, having been gifted a fresh perspective on my characters and stories as well as a new, often innovative, way of approaching my work. - Patricia Patterson
